Delivery Policy

We offer complimentary delivery to UK addresses on every order.

All ready-to-ship pieces are carefully packaged and normally dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2–3 working days following dispatch. Please note that this is an estimated delivery timeframe and is not guaranteed.

Personalised pieces are handcrafted to order and require additional making time. Before placing a personalised order, please contact us to discuss your chosen design and colours. We will confirm the estimated production and dispatch timeframe with you before your order is placed.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to amend the delivery address.

During particularly busy periods, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control, deliveries may take longer than expected. If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us with your order number so that we can investigate the matter with Royal Mail.
