We hope that you love your M.Gregio piece. This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ready-to-Ship Items.
For standard, non-personalised items purchased through our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, please email [email protected] within the 14-day cancellation period. Please include your name, order number and the item you wish to return. You are not required to provide a reason for cancelling.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the item within the following 14 days.
Personalised Orders.
Items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind. This may include an M.Gregio signature design handcrafted in a combination of colours or beads specifically agreed with you in writing.
Before production begins, we will confirm the design, colours, materials and estimated production time with you. Please check all the details carefully before confirming your personalised order.
If you contact us before production has begun, we will do our best to accept the cancellation. Once materials have been ordered or production has started, it may no longer be possible to cancel your order.
This exception for personalised orders does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or different from what was agreed.
Condition of Returned Items.
You may inspect the item in the same way that you would in a physical shop. We ask that you take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession.
Returned items should be unworn and unused, with all accessories and, wherever possible, the original packaging included. Please avoid exposing the item to makeup, stains, perfume, smoke, strong odours or any other signs of use.
The amount refunded may be reduced to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item. Missing packaging or accessories may also result in a deduction where their absence reduces the value of the returned item.
How to Request a Return.

Your full name;
Your order number;
The item you wish to return;
Confirmation that you wish to cancel your order.
We will acknowledge your request and provide you with the return instructions.

Please include your name and order number inside the parcel.
Return Postage.
For returns made because you have changed your mind, the direct cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning it. Please contact us before posting the item so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Refunds.
Once we have received a valid return, or evidence that the item has been posted back to us, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method has been expressly agreed with you.
If a standard delivery charge was paid for the original order, this amount will also be refunded. Any additional amount paid for an express or premium delivery service will not be refunded beyond the cost of our standard delivery service. As M.Gregio provides complimentary standard delivery within the United Kingdom, there will normally be no original delivery charge to refund.
We do not charge cancellation, administration or restocking fees. However, a reasonable deduction may be made if the value of the item has been reduced by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items.
It is our responsibility to provide goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Please include your order number and, wherever possible, clear photographs showing the issue.
We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a refund, repair or replacement.
Sale Items.
Standard, non-personalised items purchased at a discounted price have the same statutory cancellation and return rights as items purchased at full price.
Returns Outside the Cancellation Period.
We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns where the cancellation request is made more than 14 days after delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
